2011 Day of Giving Event - Results
PITTSBURGH, Pa., October 12 2011 – The Pittsburgh Foundation’s Day of Giving last week generated funding for local nonprofits at the rate of nearly $75 per second over the 24-hour giving period. The total raised for charitable organizations in Allegheny and Westmoreland counties was $6,448,448

Credit Card Gifts

The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County can accept secure online donations using your credit card account. For your protection, all transactions are processed through a secure server site. You will not be required to provide a credit card number until you hit submit on the credit card information page and are taken to the secure site.

CFWC accepts Visa and MasterCard only. To give to any of our funds, please follow the link below. Please be sure to enter ‘CFWC’ and then a fund name. NOTE: The Pittsburgh Foundation will provide a tax receipt for the full amount of your gift. However, please note that a credit card processing fee of 2.98% will be taken against the fund to which you are making a contribution.
